Gov. Cuomo Hesitant on Reopening Synagogues, Other Large Gatherings

Governor Cuomo on Thursday expressed hesitation about reopening houses of worship including synagogues, anytime soon as services include large gatherings.

In response to a question about Cuomo reopening Houses of worship, Cuomo said the issue isn't religious freedom, but rather large gatherings. "Large gatherings is where these were starting," Cuomo said.
