Salvatore Fuentes, a burglar who targeted many Boro Park homes on consecutive Friday nights, has plead guilty to burglary, BoroPark24 has learned. He faces up to seven years in prison.

Over last winter, BoroPark24 published a number of stories related to the burglaries in which Fuentes was involved, urging residents of the area to take extra precautions and be on the lookout for suspicious activity as the perpetrator went on his slew of burglaries.

He was finally apprehended by the NYPD on a Friday night in February and charged by the Brooklyn DA.

He pled guilty in court on Friday, and the sentencing date is set for January 9, 2024.
