Four hospitalized in Liberty car crash

Liberty - At around 12:15PM Monday afternoon emergency responders and the Catskills Hatzolah were called to a motor vehicle accident on Twin Bridge Road and Old Monticello Road in Liberty.

Catskills Hatzolah treated 4 people with minor injuries, and they were later transported to Orange Regional Medical Center in stable condition.

The crash reportedly happened when the driver of the vehicle lost control, and crashed into another car on the road and then into a tree.

The passenger of one of the cars involved  vehicles was pinned inside and had to be extracted by local fire department crews. She was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
