Fire on 51 Street; Hatzolah Rescues Children

Six children trapped in a house on fire were rescued by Hatzolah volunteers on Monday.

The fire was at 928 51st Street near 9th Ave at 6:30 pm.

Hatzolah members used a ladder and removed from a back porch before the FDNY had even arrived.

There were no injuries reported and the FDNY had the fire under control.
