Faltishaner Rebbe will Mark Previous Rebbes yohrzteit on Shabbos

Rav Elozor Twersky of Faltishan was a great tzaddik and oved Hashem. He came to Boro Park in the early years and established a shtiebel here. 

He had a number of distinguished children, and his daughter married Rav Yisroel Avrohom Stein, who began another branch of the Faltishaner dynasty. 

He was succeeded, however, by his son, Rav Avrohom Shmuel, who’s yohrzteit falls Shabbos, the 13th of Shvat. 

The current rebbe shlita will mark the yohrztzeit with a special tish during kiddush on shabbos morning at the Beis Medrash, 1437 49th Street.
