E-ZPass, Tolls by Mail Websites Will Be Down For A Week

The MTA announced that the E-ZPass and Tolls by Mail websites, as well as the Tolls NY mobile app, will all be down for a week from April 9th through April 14. The E-ZPass customer service line will not be available during this time either. 

The websites will be undergoing maintenance and updates to consolidate them into one so that customers can see all their toll information on one website. There will also be a live support chat as well as additional payment options.

 Payment due dates and late fees will be extended for the time that the websites are down.
