Dispute Breaks Out Between Car Service Driver and NYPD Traffic Cop

A verbal dispute between a car service driver and an NYPD Traffic Cop resulted in an arrest after the driver threatened the officer.

The TLC vehicle was parked at the bus stop on 13th Ave and 47th Street when the NYPD a officer tried to give him a ticket. The driver came out of the vehicle and started screaming at the officer and threatening her.

The officer called for backup and the driver was later arrested on 46th Street after he fled the scen
