Department of Health Rescinds Boro Park Lumber Violation

Boro Park Lumber, a building supplier, received a "Statement of Charges" from the Department of Health for being open in a red zone. They later revoked the violation, admitting that the company is permitted to operate because they are essential.

Despite Gov. Cuomo's Executive Order allowing all essential businesses in red zones to remain open various city agencies are deluging the neighborhood and issuing unlawful violations.

The lumber store released a poster thanking elected officials and community activists for helping them with this unjustified closure.
