Cuomo Guarantees to have all New York Votes Counted

On Thursday, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo signed a legislation guaranteeing every New Yorker can vote safely and have their vote counted.
Starting Thursday, all voters can request absentee ballots due to the risk or fear of catching coronavirus.
Cuomo ensured that any ballot without a postmark received the day after the election will be counted.
Mail-in-ballots mailed on or before Election Day will be counted if received by November 10.
