Cuomo Adds Two More States to Travel advisory List

Governor Cuomo announced two additions to the New York State travel advisory list, which requires people to quarantine for 14 days when visiting to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
Alaska and Delaware are now included in the list, bringing the total to 35 states and regions.
Cuomo also announced New York State’s rate for positive tests is below one percent for eleven consecutive days.
Eight COVID-19 related deaths were recorded on Monday, and the statewide case total is up to 426,571.
Health precautions like social distancing, wearing masks, and hand sanitizing are all still necessary so we can keep our numbers down, Cuomo said.
On Monday, the State Liquor Authority and State Police Task Force visited 976 establishments in NYC and Long Island, and all were complying with the state requirements.
