Culinary Corner: Oven Fried Lemon Pepper Chicken

A new chicken recipe for your dinner rotation! Sweet, peppery, soft, and crunchy. Your palate and your family will definitely be pleased with this flavorful dish!
6 slices thin sliced chicken cutlets
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup panko crumbs
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon sauce:
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Juice of half of a lemon
Pinch of salt
1: Preheat the oven to four hundred twenty-five degrees. Whisk the eggs end place in a flat plate. In a separate plate add the flour, and in a third plate mix the panko crumbs, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
2: Dredge the chicken in flour, then in the whisked eggs, and then in the crumbs. Place on a greased baking sheet and spray the top with more oil
3: Bake for thirteen minutes and broil for an additional three minutes
4: In a small saucepan combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Keep whisking and bring to a low simmer. Pour the sauce over the chicken
