Culinary Corner: Melt in your Mouth Baby Back Ribs

This is the best meat you will have all Pesach! As a matter of fact, it’s probably the best meat you’ll have all year!

2 baby back ribs

1 tablespoon instant coffee

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

3 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup grated apples

4 tablespoons oil

1: Combine the salt, black pepper, and sugar. Set aside

2: Spread out a large sheet of silver foil and a large sheet of parchment paper on top of the foil. Place one baby back rib in the middle 

3: Drizzle the ribs with oil and generously season with the coffee rub. Gently spread the grated apples on to the meat. Wrap the ribs in the parchment paper, and then in the silver foil. Repeat step two and three with the other baby back ribs. 

4: Place the wrapped meats in to a cookie sheet and bake at three hundred degrees for four hours
