you just need in your files. It’s the recipe you’ll pull out when you want to
bake cookies for fun, to decorate to match a theme, to ice, or just to play
with.
Creating Domino & Legos are just one fun way to use this cookie recipe. But the possibilities are endless!
To create domino cookies
you’ll need: Mini colored chocolate
lentils and some marshmallow fluff.
Remember to score the
cookies before baking using a skewer or knife to lightly form the indent.
To create lego cookies you’ll need: Colored icing (store-bought or homemade) and colored chocolate lentils. Ice the cookies and then stick the lentils onto the top of the icing while the icing is still wet.

Ingredients
3½ cups flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼-½ teaspoon salt
2 sticks (1 cup)
margarine or Betterine
1½ cups sugar
2 extra-large eggs
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a large bowl, combine
the flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat
the margarine with the sugar on medium-high speed until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla,
scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add the flour mixture until
combined. If the dough is sticky, add additional flour.
Divide the dough into 4
even sections. Wrap each one in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, but
not hard (about 30 minutes, if desired).
Have fun rolling out
your dough and shaping with cookie cutters of your choice.
Bake the cookies at 375° F for 8 to 10 minutes. (Bigger cookies will need more time.)
