Construction on Gerer Shtiebel Continues Apace

Construction has continued through the summer on a magnificent Shtiebel for the Gerer chassidim. 

The shtiebel is being built in the memory of the legendary Rav Eliyahu Fischer, the unforgettable longtime Rosh Kolel of the Gerer Kollel in Boro Park and member of the Gerer beis din. Like the seforim of the great ga’on, the shtiebel is being named Birchas Eliyahu. 

It is located on the former site of Auto Tech collision garage at 18th Avenue and 53rd Street, and is slated for completion in the coming months.
