Catskills: Monticello Burglars Arrested after Police Investigation

After an intense investigation, the two perpetrators wanted for the brazen Monticello home invasion were apprehended, announced NYS Police and Monticello Police today.
Boropark24 reported about the attempted home robbery that occurred on April 27th in Monticello where a husband and wife were attacked and injured by two armed men.
Catskills Hatzolah quickly saved the day that night but the two perpetrators had fled the scene.
Yesterday, May 11th, Uwell Reynolds, 20, and Keyshaun Murray, 20, were arrested for 1st-degree burglary in addition to a string of other burglaries.
Both Reynolds and Murray were charged in front of Village of Monticello Justice Solomon and imprisoned in the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash, $500,000 bond, and $1 million partially secured bond.
Additional charges are pending and this is an ongoing investigation.
