Captured Moment: Morris Kulok’s House

Morris Kulok was a great philanthropist in Boro Park of yesteryear, and built himself a palatial home on Fifteenth Avenue. It is currently slated for demolition after close to a century.

Can any of our readers pinpoint the location.

Answer to last week’s captured moment: 

The great explosion on 18th Avenue in the summer of 1987 took out four storefronts between 50th and 51st Streets. It began in a plumbing supply store from a gas canister that exploded, and quickly spread to the neighboring stores. Today, Goldbergs Supermarket is located on the site.
