This week’s captured moment focuses on a sweet shop on one of Boro Park’s lower avenues and lower streets. Today, it is a hardware and houseware shop.

Answer to last week’s ‘captured moment’: 

The massive Bobover beis medrash was built 40 years ago, and we presented a photograph of the 15th Avenue entrance as it appeared during the construction phase. The shul has recently undergone a renovation, including a complete rebuilding of the façade of what remains Boro Park’s largest shul to this day.
