Bronx Zoo Visitors Could Get Refunds for Hidden Ticket Fees

If you visited the Bronx Zoo between August 28, 2022, and January 16, 2024, you might be owed money. The zoo’s operator, the Wildlife Conservation Society, has agreed to a $990,000 settlement after a lawsuit claimed it failed to properly disclose processing fees on electronic tickets.

Eligible visitors can file a claim by July 21 to receive a refund via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check. The zoo has also agreed to clearly display all ticket fees upfront going forward.
