BREAKING: Parking Garage in Manhattan Craters, Dozens of Vehicles Taken in Collapse

A massive emergency response is underway in Lower Manhattan, where three floors of a parking garage have caved in. Mayor Eric Adams arrived not long after at the scene.

Early reports indicate that at least one person is confirmed dead, and multiple people are trapped in the rubble. 

Many vehicles belonging to Boro Park residents are reportedly affected, according to a Boro Park resident who spoke with BoroPark24 from the scene. 

Following the collapse and the FDNY response, the building continued to crumble, and fire officials have pulled their officers from the building. 

The Building Department has launched an investigation into the collapse.
