BPJCC Attends White House Meeting To Combat Anti-Semitism

By Idy Perl
The CEO of BPJCC, Avi Greenstein, was invited to the White House yesterday to take part in a meeting hosted by the Second Gentleman, Douglas Emhoff, regarding the implementation of President Biden’s strategy to combat the rising antisemitism we’re seeing across the US.
Representatives of Agudas Yisroel, Chabad, and the OU were also in attendance to represent the frum community.
The BPJCC has been collaborating with the White House in recent years, and especially since October 7, to localize President Biden’s national strategy to combat antisemitism to areas like Boro Park, where visibly Orthodox Jews are easy targets for antisemitism. This ongoing dialogue ensures that the White House is aware of and can correctly target the issues facing the Orthodox community.
“The BPJCC has put in a lot of work the last few years to advocate for the Boro Park and Orthodox Jewish community,” Avi Greenstein tells BoroPark24, “and we’re very honored and appreciative that we are a part of these important discussions in the White House.”
"We extend our gratitude to the White House for adopting this highly localized approach to address the strategy, particularly concerning the Orthodox community. We value not only being acknowledged but also being invited to the meeting," concluded Avi.
