Boro Park Exits Red Zone and Opens Up in Time for Shabbos

By Yehudit Garmaise

After COVID positivity rates showed a dramatically 50% drop from its previous spike in late September, Boro Park has opened up, according to Yochonon Donn.

As Boro Park finally exits the red zone and enters the yellow zone, shuls can officially fill up to 50% capacity, and non-essential businesses can open.

Still in the red zone, however, is the area from 48th St. to Coney Island down to Ave. Z.
