Boat Capsizes in Brooklyn Waters, Leaving 4 Dead, 1 Missing

A boating accident in the waters between Brooklyn and Staten Island left four people dead, one injured, and one missing on Sunday afternoon.
The U.S. Coast Guard received a distress call around noon about a boat taking on water. Emergency crews, including the NYPD, FDNY, and Coast Guard, rushed to the scene and pulled five people from the freezing water. Three were pronounced dead, one remains hospitalized.
Rescue teams are still searching for a sixth passenger. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
