BDE: Reb Shlomo Pinchos Ritterman z"l, Original Member of Flatbush Shomrim

Boro Park – We regret to inform of the sudden petira of Reb Shlomo Pinchos Ritterman, a founding member of the Flatbush Shomrim who moved several years ago to North Miami Beach, Florida. He was 58.
Shlomo was flying with his wife on Sunday when he had a massive heart attack and was niftar.
Councilman Chaim Deutsch, the Midwood Democrat who cofounded the Flatbush Shomrim, said he was “heartbroken” at the tragedy.
“Heartbroken to learn of Shlomie’s passing,” Deutsch tweeted. “He was a wonderful friend, kind, generous, and sensitive. He always brought joy to the people around him. The world is a little bit darker without his light.”
The levaya is scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday afternoon at Shomrei Hadas chapel on 14th Avenue and 38th Street.
Shlomo is survived by his wife, Mrs. Leah Dina Ritterman, and children Chesky, Moshe, Eli, Tzvi and Gitti.
