BDE: Reb Nosson Pinchos Ehrlich, z"l

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Nosson Pinchos Ehrlich, a lifelong Boro Park resident who spent his life immerssed in chessed. He was 67 years of age.
His father was Reb Berish Ehrlich, a Holocaust survivor who endured tremendous suffering under the Nazis, and was a major askan in the postwar era. He was also very close to gedolei Yisroel, and it was in this atmosphere of doing for others that Reb Nosson Pinchos was raised.
For more than forty years, Reb Nosson Pinchos was a one-man chessed and tzeddakah organization. Tens of millions of dollars passed through his fingers every year, making their way to the needy in Klal Yisroel. His door was open to everyone in need from early in the morning until late at night. He did all this avodas hakodesh seeking nothing in return.
He was exceotionally close with the Admorim of Amshinov and Rachmastrivka.
The niftar was diagnosed with an illness in recent weeks, and passed away last night.
The levaya will take place in front of the Amshinover Beis Medrash on 15th Avenue and 44th Street at 12:00 this afternoon, followed with a Levaye in front of the Rachmastrivka Bhm"d.
