BDE: Reb Naftuli Fishman z"l, Prominent Boyaner Chassid

Boro Park – Reb Naftuli Fishman, a prominent and longtime member of Boro Park’s Boyaner kehilla, was niftar this morning after an illness. He was 76.

Born in Eretz Yisroel to the legendary chassid Rav Chaim Dovid Elimelech, the Fishman family moved to the United States decades ago. Today, they are all prominent members of the Boyaner kloiz. Reb Naftuli was the gabbai there.

A private levaya is scheduled for today, due to the coronavirus outbreak, followed by kevura in Eretz Yisroel.

Reb Naftuli is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter.
