BDE: Reb Isser Tisser, z”l

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Isser Tisser, a Holocaust survivor and longtime Boro Park resident. He was 92 years of age. 

The niftar was a longtime mispalel at the Sorvosher Beis Medrash on 15th Avenue where he was beloved by all the mispalelim.
