BDE: Rabbi Dovid Teichman, z”l

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Dovid Teichman, a beloved figure in the Brooklyn community and a onetime principal of the Spinka English department in Boro Park. He was 59 years of age. 

The niftar was a longtime mechanech in a number of yeshivos in Brooklyn, and he was the founder of Camp Ruach in Brooklyn, as well as Camp Govoah in upstate in New York. 

He was beloved and admired by all those who knew him - and was known as an innovator in the sleepaway camp world. 

Reb Dovid sadly passed away on Shabbos morning at the age of 59, leaving behind a saddened family and many friends and admirers.
