BDE: R’ Yitzchok Rubin, Victim of the Virus

We are saddened to inform of the petira of R’ Yitzchok Rubin Z"L, who was niftar from the coronavirus. He was 66, 

R’ Yitzchok was born in NY and was a viznitzer chusid,  R’ Yitzchok Leaves behind 5 children, three sons and two daughters. all of them Married.
