Boro Park - We are saddened to inform of the passing of Mrs. Chana Wachs, who was niftar on Tuesday a week prior to her 88th birthday.

Born in the Sighet district in Romania, Chaya Chana was a daughter of Reb Chaim Mordechai and Frady Zahler. She immigrated to the United States after the war, married and rebuilt her family.

Mrs. Wachs was niftar at Maimonides Medical Center. She is predeceased by her husband.
