BDE: Mrs. Chana Sarah Frankfurter A"H

Boro Park - We are saddened to inform of the petira of Mrs. Chana Sarah Frankfurter, a Holocaust survivor from Czechoslovakia who lived and built a beautiful family in Boro Park, who was niftar on Shabbos. She was 96.

The levaya of Mrs. Frankfurter, who was widowed years ago from her husband, will take place at 2pm Sunday afternoon at Shomrei Hadas chapel, followed by kvura on Monday at Har Hamenuchos in Yerushalayim.

Born in 1925 to Reb Yitzchok Yehuda and Nissel Miriam Frankfurter, Chana suffered through the Holocaust before making her way to the United States after the war and marrying a fellow survivor. She served as a homemaker during her life.

Her son, Rabbi Yitzchok Frankfurter, is the publisher of Ami Magazine. She is survived by other children.
