Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein, District Leader Pinny Ringel, and Senior advisor to Brooklyn Borough President Yanky Eisdorfer Stranded at Airport Due to Severe Weather

Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein, District Leader Pinny Ringel, and Senior advisor to Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso Yanky Eisdorfer were stranded at the airport last night while en route to the Democratic Convention in Chicago.

Severe weather conditions caused significant travel disruptions, preventing the trio from catching their scheduled flight. Multiple flights were canceled and even more delayed last night, in the local airports due to the severe weather that hit the reigion.

Late last night, Pinny Ringel tweeted, "It's 12:20 am, and all flights were canceled. @Delta has nothing to offer as an alternative. Is this American Aviation in 2024?"

This morning, Ringel provided an update, tweeting, "We finally landed in Chicago by purchasing new tickets on flights at different airports outside the NYC tristate area."
