Assemblyman Eichenstein Blasts NYC Sheriffs for Coming After Small Businesses While Thousands Are Rioting in Streets

Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein blasted NYC sheriffs on Monday early morning for putting out a tweet highlighting where they will be observing and patrolling retail establishments for being open while NYC is still on Pause because if the Coronavirus pandemic.

The NYC Sheriffs Twitter account put out a notice about where their units will be patrolling on Monday, ensuring that non-essential retail shops are closed and that social distancing is maintained, all this while riots are taking place across NYC where social distancing is clearly violated.
