Asifas Rabonim Held by the Skulen Rebbe Regarding Conduct in Shul

The Skulener Rebbe Shlita held an asifa today for Rabbonim to discuss new kabolos that people should accept as they return to shul.

As people have sat at home for the last few months without minyonim or yeshivas, many have made a cheshbon hanefesh on how they conduct themselves in shul. To that end,

the Skulener Rebbe Shlita made an asifa for Rabonim to discuss how people should stop to use their phones while davening and learning.
