Amazon Worker Delivers Packages, Then Steals Them and Flees

One Amazon employee took the company slogan to "work hard, have fun" quite literally.

A delivery person for the online retailer dropped off some boxes at a Boro Park home on Shabbos afternoon, and then proceeded to steal boxes that had previously been delivered to the home, which is in the area of 13th Avenue and 58th Street.

The worker, a white woman of about 30, also opened the boxes she had just set down on the front porch and removed its contents. She then fled with the stolen goods, using the company truck as the getaway vehicle, still wearing her blue Amazon uniform vest.

The homeowner filed a police report and the NYPD released the video of the heist hoping to gather more information on the suspect.
