50 Year Old Father Killed by Drunk Driver on 39th Street

A 50 year old father was killed by a drunk driver this evening near 39th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway.

The 21 year old driver was arrested by the NYPD on suspicion of driving under the influence. When hit,

the victim was taking groceries out of the minivan which his daughter and her mother had just exited.
