New Recipe: Sweet Potato CHICKEN CAPONS
The flavor of the sweet potatoes balances its savory chicken casing.

Ingredients: Sauce:
- 8 chicken capons
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 large sweet potato, chopped
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ tbsp sriracha sauce
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken capons.
Stuff them with the chopped shallot and sweet potato.
Put them into a parchment lined pan.
Combine and mix together the sauce ingredients and pour over the capons.
Bake covered in a 400˚F oven for I hour and then uncovered for about 15 minutes.
