Borough President Adams to Visit Boro Park in Solidarity After Jersey City Attack
Boro Park – Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams will visit Boro Park on Sunday evening in solidarity with the Orthodox community following the deadly terrorist attack on a Jersey City grocery last week.
Adams will be at New Eichlers, a Judaica store on 13th Ave. and 50th Street, at 6 p.m. and will purchase a menorah. Afterwards the Democratic mayoral contender will host a press conference alongside owner Mordy Getz and local leaders, to “send a message that fear will not stop them.”
Two Jews, a mother of three and a bucher, as well as a grocery worker and police officer, were killed in the attack that has shaken the Jewish community.
